The Thunder Division is NWAL’s rec league and forms the backbone of youth soccer. Most players begin play in the rec league and either continue their joy of the game here or move on to the Flash or Striker divisions as they develop a desire to learn more and/or compete at a higher level. Thunder Division teams are open to a wide range of ages. Players may begin as young as age 3 and play through 18. There is no travel involved and practices/games are limited to three per week. Registration includes both the Fall and Spring seasons. Additionally, the Thunder Cup, our end of the year tournament, is held for each age division at the end of the Spring season.
